Sometimes It's Hard.

Ever have one of those days? Last weekend was a bust for me emotionally. Thinking too much. But, I managed to salvage an outfit together, listen to some sad tunes and took some photos. Here's what I wore- JWLA silk bandana dress worn over some mechanic wash jeans, JWLA embroidered hoodie, and japanese pierced shoes.

Move Over Miley.

Channel your inner Miley! Put on a cowboy hat, antique washed tee, blue jeans and a pair of boots, trek out to the east side of the west and soak in the sun. If you don't have time for that, try watching the latest video from Miley Cyrus, "Butterfly Fly Away". Then close your eyes and imagine the smell of horses galloping on fresh Tennessee grass.

Today I am ready for some Funshine! I am wearing a SUCRE SOIR tee under an ADELITA stripped babydoll tank with my LTB skinnies and PUMA sneakers. The earrings are clip-on vintage beads with a SWAROVSKI crystal that I added. Old meets new!

Here's another way to use a traditional neck tie, tie it in a bow! I can't take full credit for this cute idea, I saw it in a Korean video called, "Balloons." The boys in it were so adorable!! It's a stylist job to notice small things visually and to reinvent common uses. Take a look and see for yourself!
