Fourteen years ago, a star was born. This stage of adolescence can often seem like you are on an interstellar path. Try to remember that sometimes just a twinkle and sometimes enough to blind, when you are star you always shine. You may find yourself looking for a mirror in your friends but what is reflected is not the truth. They can only tell you what they need you to be, not who you really are. It’s your time to radiate; leave others in your shadow or let them bask in your rays. Born fourteen years ago a spark, you grew to a glimmer, you suffer loneliness in your brilliance and remain a flicker until one day you gleam.
For today's styling job I had to set up a staging area in a stadium room. It was a lifestyle shoot but I always like to be prepared with lots of brushes, several color and cover up choices and sanitary items. I even brought my new bangs. It was much easier styling with my hair out of my eyes so, "whack!" I chopped my long front locks into sassy side swept gyaru style bangs!
I had a little visitor a week or so ago. Yuki is my nephew; a darling little deer chihuahua. He was very curious about my new closet-slash-guest room. It's the perfect staging area for prepping for photo shoots. This particular day was more about prepping for, well, me! I was feeling especially cat-like that Saturday because of my super-sexy blue leopard zip-up dress from BB Dakota. This dress is from a couple of seasons ago but, it was sitting in my closet with the tags on! Shhh. Yuki was such a big help with choosing my accessories: Tarina Tarintino bracelet and necklace with Richard Tyler satin pumps. (I always love a visitors opinion.) Happy dressing until next time!
